In Singapore, I personally have yet to see a kitchen equipped with air-conditioner. On a especially hot day, the kitchen can get to boiling hot temperatures (and all the sweat that comes with the heat!).
An idea: why not revolutionise cooking comfortable by introducing an air-conditioner in the kitchen? Let me introduce a product concept, something we call AirFridge.
AirFridge is a two-in-one appliance. Simply put, it is a Fridge with an integrated air-conditioner. There is no external compressor or piping to install. All you have to do is provide a power source to the AirFridge. With AirFridge, the user of the kitchen can turn on the Instant Cool Aircon when he/she cooks.
The air-conditioner can be integrated at the top or beside a fridge, maximising the capabilities of the compressor of the fridge to cool down the kitchen. The air-conditioner will be able to cool the kitchen instantly, without the initial power-up cycle of a typical air-conditioner. The air-conditioner may draw additional 20% (differs for different configuration of the AirFridge) more power on top of the fridge.
